Your Journey
Step 1:
We’ll start by defining what you want to achieve. Your goals might be broad (“Feel healthier and more focused”) or specific (“Take two active breaks per day”).
We’ll clarify them together and use them to shape your plan.

Next, we’ll establish a baseline. What does a typical day look like? What gets in the way of moving more? What’s already working that we can build on?
We’ll identify the habits, constraints, and patterns that influence your routine so we can create a plan that works with your real-life demands and commitments, not against them.
Step 3:
This is the creative part. Together, we’ll brainstorm a range of realistic active break strategies that fit your workday, energy levels, and environment.
We’ll explore a range of options tailored to your routine, energy levels, and environment. I can offer suggestions, but you’ll choose what feels manageable and relevant to you.
Step 4:
Finally, we’ll move from idea to action. You’ll decide what steps to take between sessions (or independently, if you’ve chosen the self-guided option).
We’ll make your goals specific, measurable, and achievable and you’ll leave with the confidence to move forward.
